Private parking space supposed to be secured 24/7 by closed gates is currently left unsecured from 8:00 to 18:00 without decision and agreement with Members of management company.
The management company and its employees bear full responsibility in the event of on-site theft or damage occurring during the daytime when both gates are supposed to be closed but are kept open by employees.

A Property Management Agent is hired by an OMC to provide services to manage an estate (refuse collection, maintenance, repairs, etc) and looks the estate.
The Agent follows the instructions of the Board of Directors of the OMC and is accountable to them for the standard of services provided. Agents are regulated by the Property Services Regulatory Authority, must hold a license and follow the rules and Code of Practice. which outline how they should behave when delivering their services.
